Personal Statement


 My name is Hunter Miller and I am a distance runner at Hanover Horton High School (MI), class of 2019. I compete with great pride for my school and have accomplishments that reflect that, such as all-region awards and a freshman mile record. One thing that sets me apart from the competition is my willingness to go above and beyond what is expected to better myself. I have a high work ethic and will do what it takes to obtain success. My main goal is to run at a university that matches my passion for running as well as promotes teamwork. My short term goals are to run under two minutes in the 800m and under 4:30 in the 1600m. My long term goals would be to eventually run under 4:15 in the 1600m. I understand that with a strong workload and a great desire to do so, anything is possible!
