Samuel Masa '22 Recruiting Profile

I am Sam Masa, a student of Lutheran High School St. Charles in the class of 2022. I am a Cross Country/Track Athlete. I was all conference in cross country during the 2020 season and was all districts during both the 2019 and 2020 seasons. I am still undecided about my preferred field of study but plan to run at the next level in college. I won the MIP award for my cross country team in my freshman year showing my drive to always do my best and become the best runner I can be. I also won my cross country team’s cougar character award my junior year which is given to a student who shows both good sportsmanship and also good leadership qualities. This shows how I not only want myself to succeed and grow but also my fellow teammates to improve with me. I cannot wait to see where the future takes me.
