I’m never ok with just ok because I’m always looking for another challenge. For example when I started running started getting better running half marathons then I decide to really test my self and ran 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours this is called the David Goggens challenge . I found a love for longer runs. at this point I began to find a love of bike after biking with my family, so I decided to learn how to swim and that very year did a triathlon. This race was small with a 1 mile swim 12 mile ruff mountain bike ride then ran 8 miles in a trail around a lake. they’s are some of my accomplishment, and a little about me and there is a lot more to me then someone might get from a breif line of text.
