Russell Gradel '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Russell Gradel and I am a Junior at Kings Park High School located in Long Island, New York. I run the 200, 400, as well as compete in the long jump, and triple jump. I consider my short distance and jumps to be my strong suit but in the fall I am a member of my high school cross country team to keep me in shape year round. I've been running track since I was 12 years old and I've always wanted to run in college while getting my degree at the same time. I am currently maintaining a 3.1 gpa and plan to study Biology in college.
