I am working hard to become a 55+ shot putter, 190+ in hammer and 65+ in weight throw. My current goal for lifting is that by my senior year to bench: 370+, squat 570+, deadlift 570+. I am working every day to become a high caliber athlete and consistently training 4-5 days a week on lifting and throwing. I am committed to my studies and my grades. If I am not training, I am always thinking on ways to improve and going over technical aspects of my throws.
