Taiki Hirooka '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Taiki Hirooka and I am currently a junior at Paul D Schreiber High School. My passion for track began when I joined the track team during the spring of seventh grade. I've always been a hard worker on and off the track and I attack every practice with a purpose. I am never discouraged by poor races and performances; in fact, it fuels my motivation to get better and helps me push myself further in practice. Track has taught me how to persevere and always have faith myself no matter the odds. I strive to be the best athlete every day and I hope to pursue my passion at a school that challenges me both athletically and academically.
