my goals for my junior year is to make it to states for discus with a personal record of 140+ and possibly shotput, for my senior year i want to try and make it to nationals with 170+, I am very determined on these goals, and I have been working day in and day out trying to get better with form, strength, etc. I workout daily, if not every other day, and I plan to work as hard as I can for track and field
