I focus my training on ensuring that I remain uninjured so I set a strong base of joints and general strength so that I am capable of performing advanced training without issue that I can progressively increase. I push myself as hard as I can and help those around me that are willing to learn. I keep a positive attitude and find the good in each situation. I listen to my coaches to better myself and focus on my workouts at practices and my events at my meets. I've been performing at a high level son our school's Varsity team since 7th grade. This has taught me maturity and respect as well as leadership and determination.
