Christopher Adekoya '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Christopher Adekoya and I’m a dedicated and passionate short sprinter currently attending Central Methodist University in Fayette Mo. Throughout my College Career as a track and field athlete I have consistently showed my dedication and commitment to the sport by achieving some notable success in various events such as 60m nationals qualifier at a D2 school with a time of 6.82 and now this year I finished 3rd place nationally in NAIA with a time of 6.70. 2x conference champs in the 100 and 200 at D2 and 1x conference champ for the 60 at NAIA. I just opened up my 100m with a time of 10.32(0.9) wind and my 200m is dropping every week i pr’d with a time of 21.41.I’m committed to maintaining a high level of dedication, discipline and hard work to continuously improve and contribute to the success of the team. Academically I am a Business Marketing major with a GPA of 2.8 hoping to get it up to above a 3.0 after the spring semester.  I understand the importance of recruiting process and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to the success of your institution .
