Joshua Koos '26 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for visiting my page, my name is Joshua Koos and I am striving to become a collegiate track and field athlete.  With hard work and more great coaching, I would ultimately love to reach the professional level of competition.

Through consistent hard work in the summers (Charlotte Heat Track Club), I have been fortunate to earn 2 All-American honors in the 1500m; 7th place in 2023 and in 2024 I improved to 6th place.   In addition to my running, I was chosen as our JV Basketball Team Captain last year and given a great opportunity to grow in my leadership skills.  Beyond athletics, I also work hard in the classroom earning an A average while taking 3 Honors courses.
