Being on varsity track and cross country all four years of high school, I have the discipline and determination to do my best to succeed. I helped lead my teams in workouts and pace work, and motivated the team to do their best.
With help, I researched what nutrition is best for my body during and after running seasons to perform my best.
I also work to get help from a strength training coach to push myself and learn more about what my body can achieve.
I am going to school to learn physical therapy/athletic training to hopefully help others in their life and needs.
