Joseph Frisby '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello i am Joseph Frisby from Abington, Pa class of 2021. I run for the Abington Senior High School Track and field team. I run the 60m, 110m, and 300m hurdles. I also sometimes run events suchs the 400 relay and 200m. I am very passionate about the sport of track and very competitive over it. The sport of track and field means so much to me becuase it allows me to train and focus on myself  but at the same time still be apart of a team. My  main goals for the sport and beyond it, is to continue doing track and field when i go to collge and have a great education as i do the sport.
