I didn’t discover running until middle school, but every mile I’ve logged, and every repeat I’ve completed had been a testament to the grit and determination that transformed a late start into a lifelong passion. I want to continue this trend in college and prove that attitude makes all the difference. I strive to put my team, coaches, school, and community before myself as I believe that service is a fundamental part of being on a team. I aim to use the knowledge and experience I gain from my time at whatever college I attend to make my community and maybe even the world a better, safer place.
