Personal Statement

My name is Lucas Thompson. I attend Pine-Richland High School in Southwestern Pennsylvania (class of 2026). I began running cross country and track in 7th grade during the 2020-2021 school year. I love the challenge of cross country and during track season I compete in the 1600M and 3200M events and am a member of the 4x800M relay team. I'm am looking to pursue an education in STEM focusing on computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering.
