Personal Statement

My name is Tristan Knight and I am a pole vaulter and freshman school record holder from Vandegrift High School in Austin, TX. I am hard working and focused in both athletics and academics. Just over this past summer my pole vault personal record shot up 4 feet from my last 8th grade meet to my first freshman meet. My goal is to compete in a NCAA division 1 school and to better myself as an athlete, student, and person.
