Kaden Insall '24 Recruiting Profile

I’m Kaden Insall and I’m an student-athlete at Callisburg High School. 

I’m interested in running at the college level while getting a degree in sports medicine/physical therapy. Last year my coaches decided to try me at the 400MR on Varsity level at the district track meet. I had just had my second open heart surgery a year prior so I had to miss out on track season 2021. I did well and we advanced to Area, then to Regionals! It sparked my interest in running even more and now can’t wait to see how I do these next two years! Im interested in 400M (my fastest has been 52.24) and 200m and can’t wait to see how I do in competitions this year in those events.
I currently have 3.96 GPA and take my academics just as serious as I do my training. I may have a heart condition (thankfully all is good now) but I think it helps me better myself rather than letting it claim me. Ready for my Junior year!
