Jordan Ruehl '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jordan Ruehl and I am a Sophomore at Celina High School. After growing up playing multiple sports in my youth, I discovered my passion in long distance running when I joined the High School cross country team my Freshman year originally to condition for basketball. However, after finding the camaraderie of the team and coaches, I found out how much I really enjoyed the challenge to push myself beyond my limits and grow as an athlete. I strive to balance my priorities in academics, training, and family life. I am currently active in the High School band as a 2022 State Champion, enrolled in Honors and AP courses, and hold a 3.8 GPA. Being a coachable athlete is important to me as I gain wisdom from others. I constantly train with improvement in mind. I hope to one day be able to earn a place on a team at the collegiate level.
