Hello Coach,

First, a big thank you!

My name is Kevin Macias, I am part of the class of 2018 at Horizon High School in El Paso Texas. My goals are to study Business and continue my studies in a distinguished institute of higher learning. I will be the second in my family to play sports at a collegiate level and with hard work become an Olympian athlete candidate. I'm very unique when it comes to character i can lead my team where i want us to go because I'm a natural leader and i have the passion and I will. I would be a good fit in most college teams because i can run multiple events and adapt to any easily with hard work. Academically I know my grades wont be an issue they never have been for me.

I run the 400 meter Dash in 52 sec and the 800 in 2:06 as a junior for the Scorpions at Horizon High School.  Some of my best accomplishments to date are A honor roll, in advance placement classes, a member of the Student council. It would be an amazing opportunity to be given the chance to continue my education while playing the sport that i love and becoming part of a track family program.
