My ultimate goal in life is reaching the Olympics. I’ve been working really hard, sacrificing a lot of my time in training and dieting. I go to sleep every day at 10 o’clock to get 9 hours of sleep. I train once in the morning with my coach and a 2nd time in the afternoon by myself. I have completely cut off fast food restaurants and only retrain to eating healthy and whole food. I don’t go to party’s since there not only after my sleep schedule, they also might get you in trouble, so I don’t risk it. I really want to be an 400 m Olympian. It’s my ultimate dream.
