Personal Statement
I am a 6'0" track and field athlete. I have competed at the varsity level for four years at Grand Saline ISD. I have competed in Regionals three years in shot put and two years in discus. I went to the State UIL track and field meet my Junior year in both events. I placed 3rd in shot put and 5th in discus. I have a 3.30 GPA.
I am looking for a university where I can find the right balance between the classroom and field. I am open to different sizes of universities. My dream is to be the best of the best and I am determined to make that dream come true.
