I was born and raised in Southern California, and attended school there from k-10. During that time i maintained a 4.0+ gpa and was in advanced education programs, such as GATE, AVID, and ACE. I moved to Texas about half way through 10th grade and the transition has mildly interfered with my grades. I am now a junior and have around a 3.7/3.8 gpa and am enrolled in AP classes and well as Dual Credit classes at TCC, our local community college. My intended major in college is Kinesiology, or exercise/sports science, and I plan on using that major to become a athletic trainer or physical therapist. I grew up playing a variety of sports including football, martial arts, and crossfit (which i am currently still involved in). I started track freshman year and have fell in love with it ever since. Started out running the 400 & 1600, now i mainly run the 800m and occasionally run the 400m. My goal is to run track at a college/university back in California, but of course, i am willing to run anywhere that most benefits me both athletically and educationally.
