Born into a military family, I am no stranger to discipline. I believe that hard work is its own reward and that every rep is an opportunity. Although it was a challenge moving from town to town during my childhood, I am thankful for the experience, because it taught me to embrace change and to never fear the unknown.
I now live in a small town of 1,064 people. Here discipline and hard work aren’t a luxury, they are necessary. For this experience, again, I am thankful because it has made me the athlete I am and the man I will be. I am a 16-year-old senior who continues to grow, learn and develop every day. My dream is to continue competing at the collegiate level with like-minded people who understand that greatness must be earned. I will never take a rep off, and will expect the same mentality out of my teammates on the track and in the classroom.
