My collegiate goals and aspirations are centered around competing at the highest level of running, whether it be in cross country or track. I have a passion for the sport, and my ultimate goal is to continually improve my performance, set new personal records, and contribute significantly to the success of the team.

Teamwork is of utmost importance to me and being able to trust yourself. I understand that running may seem like an individual sport, but in a club, high school and/or collegiate setting, the power of a united team is important to me because I want to be part of a team that supports each other.  I see my teammates not just as competitors but as partners in a shared goal towards excellence.

My work ethic is characterized by extreme discipline and dedication. I believe that consistent hard work and perseverance are essential for me to reach the highest level of competition. I am committed to putting in the necessary hours of training, pushing my limits, and making sacrifices to continually enhance my skills and endurance.

Moreover, I am always ready to help others such as my teammates. Whether it's offering advice, providing encouragement, or simply being a supportive presence, I take pride in being a team player who genuinely cares about the well-being and success of others. I understand that in a team environment, each member's growth contributes to the overall strength of the team.

The concept of servant leadership is something I firmly embrace.  I believe that leadership is about inspiring others, leading by example, and putting the team's needs before my own. My approach to leadership revolves around supporting and empowering my teammates to excel, both on and off the track.

What sets me apart as a candidate is my unwavering commitment to not only excelling in running but also in academics and character. I understand the significance of striking a balance between my athletic pursuits and my studies.

In terms of character, I believe the most important aspects are humility and positive attitude. I believe that sportsmanship and respect for others are integral to being a successful athlete and a valued team member as well.  My dedication to personal growth and my willingness to take on challenges with a positive mindset differentiate me from other recruits.

I believe that my genuine dedication to supporting and uplifting my teammates, along with my strong academic and character attributes, make me a valuable candidate for any team.
