Christopher Poole '23 Recruiting Profile

I have always enjoyed throwing, just seeing how far I can make something go.  I started with rocks as soon as I could throw, and quickly progressed to baseballs and footballs. I have been throwing shotput since sixth grade under various levels of coaching, and have thrown javelin for two years with basic coaching.  I was captain of the throws team for 2022 and was on the hiring board for our new track Head Coach at my high school for our 2023 season.  I am eager to learn new styles to better my throws, and look forward to working under a throwing coach to better my skills in college.  

In college I would like to study PT, exercise science, or nursing.  I currently work as a cashier at Bartell Drugs and in my free time I like to play piano, play cards, draw, hang out with friends playing games, watching movies and eating.
