Matthew Meeker-Hackett '21 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing volleyball for nearly six years on both school and club teams. A very coachable player, I'm a supportive teammate and a fast learner with a solid volleyball IQ. I have a strong work ethic both on the court and in the classroom, and I realize that volleyball is a very team-oriented sport - it's not all about me. My dream team has good chemistry, camaraderie and ability, works hard to improve every practice and has the feel of a family away from home, like a band of brothers. 

I am currently undecided on a major, but I am leaning toward a business  degree with a photography minor. Student-athletes are students first, so I'm interested in finding a university with the right educational fit  for those combined paths.

I love volleyball, and am excited to contribute to a great team at the next level of the sport while preparing for life after college.  Thank you for your interest in me as potential member of your team.
