Alex Kim '19 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball just before the beginning of my junior year of high school playing for West Cost Impact Homeschool league in Sacramento. During my first season I played primarily middle blocker and was awarded team MVP, and CHSS All Tournament Player during our tournament in Anaheim. During my senior year I played setter and was again awarded team MVP and came 2rd in the varsity tournament in Anaheim. I'm currently 6ft tall and have been working hard to greatly improve my skills in both setting and back row play. Although I have limited experience I've been told I have an ability to quickly apply my coach's instruction and I'm really looking forward to finding a place to enjoy the sport I love.
