Owen Holowecky '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Owen Holowecky and I am a 6'4" 17-year-old multi-sport athlete in the graduating class of 2024.  I started playing volleyball when I was in 6th grade and play for Ocean Bay Volleyball Club.  I love the sport and have always dreamed of playing  volleyball in college.  I am a leader on and off the court and am very supportive of my teammates.  My collegiate goal is to become a better player and to better myself as a student.  I am a great student and enrolled in AICE classes.

In addition to volleyball, I also handle place kicking, punting and kickoff duties for my HS varsity football team.  In 2022 I was chosen the Special Teams Player of the Year and was one of 3 finalists for the Palm Beach County Lou Groza Award for outstanding place kicker.
