Ian Hoster '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Ian Hoster.  My goal is to attend a university to study English, creative writing, and film/Tv, as well as play Volleyball.  I started playing volleyball at age 13 and it quickly became my passion. I’m an outside hitter, with a very strong discipline and work ethic.  Not only am I a strong offensive player, but I am an equally strong defender and have developed a love for defense throughout the years.  I consider my team to be my family, and want to play for a team with a strong sense of loyalty and community.  Lastly, I am always communicating on the court, keep the energy and focus high, I am a team player and have loved being part of every team I’ve been on.
