Justin Ligeski '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Justin Ligeski, and I am a senior at Romeoville High School. These past three years have taught me a lot about what I want in college, and playing volleyball is a large part of my decision for college. Freshman year, my friend begged me to try out for volleyball because of my height, and the moment I stepped into the court,  I was in love with the sport.

I have played volleyball all 3 seasons of my high school career, with last year being my first year on varsity and securing a starting role in the lineup. Sophomore year, I was awarded MVP of the season, voted on by the players and the coach. Last year, my team had one of the best records and finish in the conference in recent RHS history.

Along with athletics, I take my academics very seriously. Throughout my first 3 years, I have been in the top 10% of my class, and currently have a 3.9 GPA. I have enrolled in many AP classes my 3 years, including Biology, Literature, Calculus AB, and Micro-Economics. 

Since stepping into the court, I've known I want to continue playing for as long as my body lets me. I will always give 110%, just like with my academics, athletics, and my job. I know I can make your school a better place, one point, or credit, at a time.
