I am Logan Pohl, a 6'6" middle blocker from Longmeadow High School! Coming from a first year high school program, I want my college experience to provide an opportunity to grow even more as a person and an athlete. At first, I was hesitant to play volleyball but soon realized that I made no mistake. Realizing my love for the game and the potential I have with my size, I became one of the hardest workers in that gym. Mid season, I was voted to be a captain for the first volleyball team of Longmeadow High school ever due to the extra reps I got in practice everyday, unwavering focus, and overall performance. I now lead LHS in boys volleyball kills. More hard work paid off and I was voted onto the 2nd team of the All Western Mass All-star game. My accomplishments continued on when I was selected to represent the Western region team of Massachusetts in the Bay State summer games, where we won 3rd place. Despite having a lack of local teams to join in the summer afterwards, I went to every possible clinic and day camp around to continue improving my game. My determination and positive energy I bring to strength training, clinics, camps, practices, and games would prove to be an asset to any team as a whole. I practice volleyball everyday no matter where I am and I always try to make people around me smile, no matter who you may be. I look forward to cooperating with any coach that's willing to work as hard as I am!
