Matthew Mazur '23 Recruiting Profile

A dream of mine ever since I was little was to play a sport at the collegiate level. I am a true team player and want my team as a whole to build good relationships with one another and win together.  I look forward to taking the skills I learn in college on and off the court and using my degree to create a good life for myself.  I differ from other recruits not only because I am left-handed and 6'9, but also because I have a lot of experience with volunteering, and giving back, which I think is huge. Using your talents for positive things and paying it forward is what I plan to do with my volleyball skills and degree. I have dedication to my team and will do everything I can, so we succeed. I am looking forward to diving deeper into academia and becoming part of a college community.
