Jacob Halpern '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches,

I'm Jacob, a high school freshman and passionate Setter with a relentless drive for success in volleyball. Overcoming initial setbacks, I not only secured a spot on the West Islip High School Junior Varsity team, but earned the starting Setter position and was named MVP at the awards dinner.

Currently, I thrive as a key player on the Long Island Fury Boys 15s Club travel team, competing in tournaments across the northeast. Academically, I maintain a straight-A record in honors and STEM courses, emphasizing my commitment to both sports and studies.

My goal is to bring my skills, determination, and teamwork to a college program where I can contribute both on and off the court. I'm excited about the prospect of joining your team and look forward to discussing how I can make a positive impact.
