I started playing volleyball because of a show I watched, which I know doesn't sound the best, but it’s become a lot more for me since then. Volleyball has turned into my life, it’s like my joy, I play when I’m bored, sad, frustrated, anything, it always improves my mood, and makes me look forward to the next time I can play. I have never really had any goals or aspirations except for getting a degree, which in return will get me a well-paying job, but it’s never been something I’ve looked forward to with enjoyment, or excitement. Volleyball has given me one, because I feel it will give me excitement in college and something to always look forward too, but not just that, it will hold me to standard of good grades in school, good behavior, good attendance. I know I wouldn’t be able to play my main position, because of my height, but I know I am a very versatile player and that any position I am put in I will have skill for and will pick it up very fast, whether its natural, or I must spend countless hours in a gym practicing it. I believe I have a very good attitude towards volleyball and that the sport improves me as an individual. I know I am very coachable and that I would devote as much time as I needed to be apart of a team. That’s all I have to say for now, thank you for your time.
