I am a dedicated multi-sport athlete with a strong passion for water polo. My journey in sports is driven by hard work, adaptability, and an eagerness to improve. I value the strong relationships I’ve built with my school counselors, teachers, coaches, peers, and teams. I’m highly coachable and continuously strive to elevate my game—both in the pool and in life.
My athletic experience spans years of discipline and high-level competition.
This year, I have been selected for:
Last year (2024), I proudly represented Canada's first Cadet 15U National Team and for the 17U Youth National Team we won gold at the 2025 PanAm Championships in Columbia May 2025.
I train seven times a week, devoting daily training hours with water polo, swimming and varsity football. This year, I’ve added a year-round commitment to competitive swimming, representing both Pacific Sea Wolves during the winter and North Delta Sunfish during the summer.
I began swimming at the age of 5 and playing water polo at 7. By 10, I joined Fraser Valley Water Polo Club, and at 13, I was already competing at the 17U level. Currently, I rank in the top 10 of Canada’s NCL 18U Division. My water polo journey has taken me to Pan American Championships, World Water Polo Aquatics, Canadian NCL Championships, USA Water Polo's Futures League and Juniors Olympics.
In addition to competing, I give back to my community. At my summer swim club, I started volunteering and have moved up to coaching junior athletes in swimming and water polo. This community experience allows me to share my knowledge and passion of these sports as well as help me develop leadership and communication skills.
One of my greatest strengths is my water polo IQ and drive for attacking the net. My multi-sport background has honed my game sense, ball-handling abilities, and both defensive and offensive tactics. The lessons learned from swimming, football, and water polo have sharpened my adaptability and competitive edge, making me a versatile athlete ready to take on challenges.
Academically, I excel in Math and Physics and have been recognized with Academic Honors. Balancing demanding schedules between school and multiple sports teams have given me discipline and time management skills. These qualities have enabled me to succeed not only in academics but also in athletics, where preparation and focus are key to my performance.
I aspire to one day join Canada’s National Senior Men’s Team and help them reach the Olympic Games. This vision feeds my daily efforts and keeps me determined to grow as an athlete and individual.
I am confident that my dedication, athletic accomplishments, and ability to balance academics and sports make me a strong candidate for any university water polo program. I am eager to bring my passion, work ethic, and competitive spirit to the next level.
