When I was young I couldn't have ever believed that I'd go on to find a sport that I love as much as I love water polo. I began playing in the summer before my freshman year and since then have appreciated everything water polo has done for me. Due to my strong water polo IQ, I have the ability to see possible plays in the pool before they even happen, as is shown in my videos. Goal setting is a very important part of my life because it helps me stay dedicated, driven, and steadfast. Some current goals I have include, maintaining excellent grades in school, being a loyal, strong, and communicative teammate and water polo player, be as personable as I can be and be a good role model for anyone and everyone around me, and lastly, find a college that I fit well with both academically and athletically.
In the future, I'd like to pursue a career in Physical Therapy, so finding a college that can help me strive both academically and athletically is a very important thing for me. I have great leadership skills, and I guarantee that any college will see that and find that they aren't getting just any average player. As I mentioned before, academics are just as important to me if not more. Currently, in my junior year of high school, I have maintained a 4.6 GPA while taking both AP and Honors classes, become dual enrolled with Cuesta College, and participate in as many AP, Honors, and participate in as many extracurriculars as I can fit into my schedule.
I believe that I'd be a great fit for your college and water polo team due to my integrity, leadership skills, dedication, and outgoing personality. To top that, I am 6'4" and have a 6'9" wingspan, making me a more than ideal size for a promising goalie. I'd love hear from any and all colleges and hope to continue playing water polo throughout college!
