Ben Burkhardt '20 Recruiting Profile

    I have been a starter on Wilcox's varsity team for 4 years and have been captain for 2 years.  I received the league MVP field player my junior year as well as our team winning 1st in our league.  My goal is to be accepted to a college and play for them for all years that I attend there.  I believe that I would be a great candidate for any team because my passion for the sport and my ability to work great with all players.  I have been playing the sport since 2014 and have been learning ever since.  I am an extremely vocal player, both in and out of the pool.  Out the pool I talk to improve relations and in the pool I'm very vocal to make sure everyone is on the same page which is a huge part of water polo.  I take pride in my GPA which is over a 4.2. I have never received a  C+ or lower in any of my classes in all of high school.   I think I would be the most dedicated player on any team that I am to play for.
