Jacob Herren '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jacob Herren.  I am a junior playing for Tracy high school.  I've started on varsity Water Polo all three years. and have been Captain the last two.  I also play club for Big Valley water polo Academy in Stockton, CA.  We recently competed in the Junior Olympics where we placed 11th out of 42 where I was our teams leading goal scorer, third in assists and minutes played.  I have been playing water polo for 3 years and mostly serve as a two meter set and an attack player.  I think what really sets me apart is that every time I am in the pool I am trying to make the people around me better, through passing and leading by example on defense.  I am very coachable and always put the success of the team before my own and I would love to continue to grow and build on my game by playing  in college while studying Psychology .
