Landon Cleveland '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Landon Cleveland. 

I'm a junior at James Logan High School in Union City, CA. I will be graduating with the Class of 2026. 

I started playing water polo at James Logan my freshman year and completely fell in love with it. During the school off season I play with my club team, San Jose Express. This past season I competed in the Kap7 Futures Water Polo League where my team finished in 1st place (undefeated) in 16U D3, Pacific Zone. We moved up to D2 for the Super Finals in Orange County, CA where we finished 15th. I also competed in the Junior Olympics with my team where we finished 17th in the 16U Bronze division. In addition to school and club, I enjoy participating in Masters play at both Cal State University East Bay and Ohlone College with teammates from my high school team, club team, and former or current collegiate players. I feel that playing with the current college players and alumni will strengthen my overall game and help prepare me for play at the university level. I currently play 2M Defender and Hole Set.

My goals for college are to pursue Water polo at any division and earn a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. I'm open to attending a university in my home state or worldwide it would just be a privilege to play.
