I have learned to balance the rigorous demands of water polo youth development programs and training schedules while maintaining academic excellence, which has taught me valuable time management skills and a work ethic. I have lived in Philadelphia, Shanghai, and Puerto Rico. I started swimming competitively at a very young age while living in Shanghai. Back home in Puerto Rico, I started playing water polo because it's rigorous and fun! It has become a significant part of my life. What draws me to water polo is its dynamic nature and team culture. I have participated in various USA water polo tournaments, including the Junior Olympics in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and the USA Water Polo Olympic Development Program Nationals. This summer before senior year, I dedicate myself to learning and refining my skills during the 6-8 Academy summer semester. Vanguard Aquatics has kindly welcomed me to play with them this summer. Furthermore, during the regular school year, I train at the University Athletic Club and Loyola Athletic Club in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
