Kai Brunet '25 Recruiting Profile

I am wanting to further my education by attending College or University in the future. I am interested in Environmental studies , Anthropology, and sports therapy, as you can tell I  haven't decided on which area I want to go into yet! I am hoping to decide in the next year- as there are so many choices and so many aspects I enjoy in all those areas! The characteristics that I provide to make me a great candidate for your team is that I have a great way of motivating my team and a hard work ethic, I also can take criticism and learn from my mistakes  . I currently practice / play water polo 7 days a week , referee , coach and complete my school studies .I give 100 percent to every practice, drill and game , and I am a great team mate as I genuinely get along with everyone on the teams I play on and against and show sportsmanship .I currently play on the following teams : U 17 , U 19, Open Men's, NCL U19, NCL U17 ,  and high school teams and can easily jump into a position if needed. I play in position of Goalie fulltime , but can also play as an Out player  ( Position - Hole )- so I have dual abilities, and practice both positions. I am flexible and have played in many positions to cover deficiencies when needed or called upon. I have been lucky to be asked to play for the Open Mens team as their goalie since I was 14 years old, so I have no fear , and lots of practice taking hard shots!
