Imani Carter '17 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Imani Carter and I am a hard working athlete who loves to play against the best players. I have been playing basketball since I was 7 years old and have worked on the basic fundamentals to make me a smarter and stronger player. I can shoot and dribble with both hands and I pride myself in playing defense against the other teams best player.  I started playing Varsity basketball when I was in the 8th grade, scoring 99 points from the bench. As a freshman, I started every game, maintaining an average of 9.2 ppg (placing 1st in scoring ppg for 6A freshman in the state of Alabama), totaling 302 points for the whole season. I also play with The Lady Thunder (Travel Basketball Team based out of Enterprise, Al.  I've always played up because of the ages of the other players and excepted the challenge every game.   Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile and more to come!!
