Personal Statement

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to go all in on academics and basketball. I want to focus on what I strive to become and continue to put in the work to improve. 

I believe I am a good candidate for your team because I am a hard worker and I want to get better. I want to improve and correct any weakness in my game so that I can work on it, perfect it, and help add value to the team.

I am different from other athletes in academics because I will put my best foot forward to achieve the best results in the classroom. In athletics, I am different because of my strong desire to progress. Basketball is my first love and I really want to continue to advance, so I will take all my challenges and successes in both the classroom and the basketball court, learn from them and excel!
