I have played basketball since the summer before my seventh-grade year. I started in an NYS league and now playing for an AAU team. From when I first started to play through now, I always wished to play at the collegiate level. Playing at that high of a level will be a once in a lifetime opportunity that possibly could change my life. I am a hard-working person both on and off the court. I am a three-sport varsity athlete both in my freshman and sophomore years. I am mentally tough, very coachable, and have a high basketball IQ. Play sports have taught me a lot; time management, leadership, accountability, dedication, and teamwork. I will always encourage and help my teammates to do their best and assist my coaches. In the classroom, I always do my best to maintain a high GPA. I am one of the top students in my class. I am also apart of the Future Farmers of American(FFA). On the court, I will always work hard no matter who is watching. No matter if I am practicing, scrimmaging, or in a game. Even off the court, I will push myself in the other sports I do, such as cross country, track, and lifting in the weight room. I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. I hope to be a role model for the next generation of basketball players.
