Goals and aspirations
My dream is to become a forensic scientist to help in my community and country by solving crimes on the forensic front. In high school I have worked hard and used time management to accomplish many goals. As I transition from high school to college I will continue to use my time management skills and my desire to learn and grow to accomplish my goals such as; getting my degree in biochemistry, and representing my college by playing basketball.
What makes me a good candidate for your team?
I am a good candidate because I am willing to be coached and adapt to the ever-changing game. I believe success only comes through hard work and I am willing to put forth the effort to succeed.
What makes me different from other recruits in character, athletics and academics
I was raised in a home where we were taught to set and accomplish goals, to provide service for those in need and to stand firm in the things I believe. Even though this has not always been easy it has helped me grow into the type of person who can stand up for what is right, who is not afraid of hard work and who is always looking at the bigger picture. I have always excelled in athletics no matter what sport however when I decided basketball is what I really loved I knew that I wanted to be better at it than anything else. I have sacrificed my own personal time to better my game with trainers. I have spent time in the gym alone and I am always looking for ways to improve. When it comes to academics I am kind of a nerd. I truly love to study and I thrive on seeking knowledge. I am going to college to gain an education and a degree as well as being able to play basketball.
