Christina Buksa '17 Recruiting Profile

Me as a Student:

 I enjoy making an impact on my community and volunteer regularly. I am also a leader in my peer group I have taken leadership courses and was also the representative for my grade on the homecoming court ( Freshmen homecoming queen), and also as I listed above a co-captain of my sports team for the 2014 season as a freshmen. I maintain a strong GPA and I am taking an honors math course. I am looking toward working in the medical field as an adult or business but being that I am a freshmen my career goals may change.

Me as an athlete:

I am currently enrolled in Foothills Christian High School in El Cajon,CA. I am currently the starting point guard for my high school varsity team as well as being co-captain this year. I am a freshmen graduating in 2017 …. Here are some of the things I accomplished this 2013-2014 freshmen season. •Team overall leading scorer, Team overall leading steals, and Team overall assist. •League overall leading scorer, League second overall steal, and League overall assist. •Division 5 overall lead scorers, Division 5 top three over all steal leaders, and Division 5 top three overall assist leaders. •San Diego Section Top over all leading scoring point guard, San Diego Section top five overall scorers, San Diego Section top 10 over all steal leaders. •2013-2014 All-state team nominated •California State top ranked Freshmen ( 1st in State) for scoring, California state top 20 all grades (20th in state) for scoring. •All league player •All tournament player: I was given the privilege to receive all tournament player for the tournament my team and I were in, in which we were un-defeated and I lead the team in scoring •Player of the game on Dec 09 2013. •Player of the game on Jan 24 2013. •Player of the game on Dec 09 2013.
