Alivia Gillespie '23 Recruiting Profile

I have always had love for the game of basketball, but as soon as I went to middle school I realized  how passionate I was for the game. Every time I step through the gym doors and onto the court, I strive for greatness. I have a strong desire to play at the collegiate level, with aspirations to play in the WNBA. 

I am a player, as well as a team leader who leads by example and inspires my teammates. I have solid defensive and ball handling skills; I possess good shooting range, can get to the rim and I am also coachable.  Not only when it comes to basketball, but also for academics I do my best and give it my all. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and I am honored to be a part of the Girard Prep Program at Oceanside High School. 

I want to find a college where I can pursue a Nursing Career that has a highly ranked basketball program to allow me to fulfill my basketball goals and dreams.
