Ionna Garcia '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ionna Garcia, I am in the class of 2022, and I currently have a GPA of 3.8. I am a 5'11 small forward for Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy in Melbourne, Florida. Currently, my stats are 17.0 points per game, 11.0 rebounds per game, and 3.0 blocks per game. As a starter for my team, I am also a team captain. I believe that it is important to be a leader in the classroom and on the court. I take pride in my ability to positively influence my teammates and those around me.

As my senior year comes to a start, I can honestly say that I have improved a lot from my junior year. My mindset has changed and I have matured into a scholar-athlete. One who inspires, works, and creates opportunities for myself and those around me. My motto is: “only hard work will get you where you want to go not wishing.”
