Personal Statement

I 100% love the game of basketball! I love the competitiveness, the cohesiveness of a team, the way the game makes me push myself to play harder and faster every day. I believe what we can learn from the game teaches us lessons that can be utilized in life's journey such as always having the desire to continue learning, team work, encouraging others through good times and especially during the bad, good sportsmanship and remain humble, building relationships, to never stop training/studying, doing more listening than talking, but the biggest personal lesson to me is overcoming adversity which we face daily.

I believe I am a good candidate for a team because I will always give it a 100%  whether I am at practice, in the game or on the bench. I will do everything to contribute to help and encourage our team in whatever circumstance I am in.  if my shots are not falling, I can help on rebounding, setting picks and getting the ball to the player that is hot. Anything it takes to help us get the win.  My life philosphy is what the bible calls for us to do and that is to be the light in darkness. That is what I try my hardest to bring to every team I am on.

My career goal in life is to become an endocrinologist. I want to attend a college that also has a strong pre-med program that will give me the best opportunity to get into a great medical school.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
