Why I think I would be a good candidate for your team is because I made goals for myself throughout my career playing basketball. I work hard everyday when I go to practice and when I am at home.  I know that school is first before basketball because without an education I won't be able to get to college. I know that I'm different from every basketball player because I have what it takes to get to where I want to be. I want to go to college, I want to the WNBA, I want to get better and better each day. My academics are important to me because I want to go to a D1 college like University of Connecticut or University of Alabama or any D1 college that looks at me. So, in order to go to any college my grades are always first and this is why I think I'm a good candidate for any college.
