I feel fortunate to have found two things that I am extremely passionate about. Basketball and marine biology. What I would want any coach to know about me is, I'm always ready and willing to learn. I have been told by many coaches that I am very coachable however, I’m certain that it just reflects my leadership and passion for the game. I believe what sets me apart from others is my diverse background, my desire to be inclusive in everything that I do, my wholistic approach that I take to learning and playing the game, and lastly my high level of personal accountability I hold myself to. I would be a good fit for a team where my skillset can benefit the teams needs. I consider myself to be a highly adaptable player however, I thrive in environments where coaches are direct, have a high level of accountability and expectations for their players. I'm very supportive of my team, I enjoy getting excited for my team, and I believe that the best teammates cheer louder for their team than they do for themselves. I'm a firm believer in "good teams talk and good teams touch". I'm extremely excited to further explore my desired career in marine biology. Marine life and biology in general have been a passion of mine ever since I was three years old and held my first fishing pole. Marine biology is a field that is under represented by women and I'm excited to further my education in this field as I believe its is one of the places I can make the single biggest impact in my life.
